Architectural Model Production Process: From Initial Data to Delivery

Architectural model production is a planned process where design data is transformed into a physical presentation model. The stages of project review, digital preparation, material selection, part production, assembly, and quality control must follow each other accurately.

Project Review and Production Planning

In the first stage, the purpose, scale, exhibition area, and delivery date of the model are evaluated. Architectural, landscape, and environmental data are reviewed; the details that need to be visible on the model are determined.

Digital Preparation, Assembly, and Control

Drawings are simplified according to the model scale, separated into parts, and production files are prepared. Subsequently, the model is completed with paint, facade applications, landscaping, road details, and lighting. Before delivery, compliance with project data, part durability, and general presentation quality are checked.
